Griskelis Young Harrell recently launched our 21st year in The Wrigley Building by relocating to a new space on the 16th Floor of the South Tower. GYH’s design interweaves the historic “bones” of this landmarked structure with butt-glazed glass walls, plyboo worksurfaces, energy-efficient lighting, exposed building systems, and fabulous daylight. Perched high above the Chicago River at Michigan Avenue, the original, pock-marked plaster ceiling, concrete-encased steel columns, and maple tongue-in-groove subfloor are all celebrated features of this cheerful loft.
