Griskelis Young Harrell (GYH) recently launched its 22nd year in The Wrigley Building by relocating to a new space on the 16th Floor of the South Tower. GYH’s design interweaves the historic “bones” of this landmarked structure with butt-glazed glass walls; plyboo worksurfaces; energy-efficient lighting, exposed building systems, and fabulous daylight. Perched high above the Chicago River at Michigan Avenue, the original pock-marked plaster ceilings, concrete-encased steel columns and maple tongue and groove subfloor are all celebrated features of this cheerful loft. The suite has become a showcase for potential tenants visiting the building.
