Griskelis Young Harrell developed TCF’s freestanding branch bank prototype design for the Chicago and Milwaukee regions, including exterior and interior design elements.
The design comprised of a “kit of parts” approach so that each facility design could respond to specific site constraints, local code requirements, and market needs while maintaining TCF’s image and brand.
Feasibility studies have been completed for over 80 sites, and GYH has served as Architect for 15 newly-constructed Chicago area branches.
